Emergency Roadside Repair
	IPA will dispatch one of its approved mechanics on the spot to provide roadside assistance.
	Towing of the Vehicle
	If, following an accident or a mechanical breakdown, the vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot IPA will organize, coordinate and supervise the towing of the vehicle to a designated garage.
	Alternate Vehicle
	Should the repair of the vehicle take more than 48 hours, IPA will provide a replacement vehicle to the member. This Benefit also applies if the member's vehicle is stolen.
	Claim Report Assistance
	IPA will on the member's behalf report the claim to the insurance company to expedite the claim processing.
	General Advice
	According to the information released by Transport Department, IPA will provide advice to the driver on the regulations and the policy.
